Photographers and videographers
Gaming companies
Face painters
Bakers and dessert vendors
Caterers
Children’s entertainers
Party rental companies

All outside vendors are welcome and may be selected by the client.

PARTY POLICIES

Age Range

Kids Party Packages are available for birthday parties and celebrations for children ages 1–12.

Party End Time

All children’s parties must be completely concluded by 7:00 PM.

Setup Time

Each package includes 1 complimentary setup hour immediately before the contracted event time.
Additional setup time is available for $125 per hour, subject to availability.

Food & Catering

Outside food vendors and caterers are welcome.

The prep kitchen may be used for:

Cooking is not permitted unless specifically approved by Atlanta Virtual Studios.
Bounce Houses & Inflatables
Bounce houses and inflatables are welcome.

Clients may bring the bounce house or inflatable company of their choice.

Alcohol

Any request for alcohol service for adult guests must be approved in advance and may require additional staffing, security and licensing requirements.

Reservation Requirements

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date and time.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms of the event agreement.

Dates and time slots are not considered booked until the required deposit has been received and confirmed by Atlanta Virtual Studios.
